Code Inspector Fee Schedule

Building fee calculated by total valuation:

$1.00 to $1,000.00 - $10.00
$1,001.00 to $50,000.00 - $10.00 for first $1,000.00. Plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction including $50,000.00.
$50,001.00 to $100,000.00 - $100.00 for first $50,000.00. Plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction including $100,000.00.
$100,001.00 and Up - $150 for first $100,000.00. Plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction. (No maximum can be calculated.)

Other Building Inspection Permit/Fees:

Outside of normal business hours - $35.00
Reinspection fee - $40.00
Additional plan review required by changes, additions, or revisions of approved plans - $40.00.
Moving permit fee - $20.00
Wrecking permit fee - $20.00
Flammable liquid tank fee - $20.00

Electrical Permit Fees:

Minimum fee for permit - $25.00
New installations 1 to 10 outlets - $3.00 (25 cents for each additional outlet)
Low voltage transformers - $5.00
Altering or changing meter loop - $5.00
Motel and hotel kitchen equipment such as fryers, toasters, waffle baker, etc. - $5.00
Water heaters - $5.00
Welders - $5.00
Unit heater or air conditioners - $5.00
New fixtures on existing opening 1 to 5 fixtures - $3.00 (each additional $1.00)
Solar panels - $25.00
Car chargers - $25.00
Generator - $25.00
Gasoline pumps, new installations or change 1-5. $5.00 (each additional add $1.00)
