Everyone is welcome at Rhoads Memorial Library! Library cards are available free of charge to all Castro County residents with a valid Texas Driver’s license or ID card. Children may obtain a card if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who meets the requirements. Cards are available, for a fee, to those who possess an out-of-state Driver’s License.
