Public Works Department

The Public Works Department is responsible for providing and maintaining various services to the City of Dimmitt. These services include Water, Sewer, Sanitation, Streets and Alleys, Parks, Landfill, and code inspections. We have also included some important links on our page:

• The permit application needs to be completed and submitted to our inspector, Keith Acker, for approval. Contact Mr. Acker with any questions regarding the permit. 
• The fee schedule for permits. Please contact Mr. Acker with any questions regarding fees that need to be included with permit applications. 
• The Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) provides information about the quality of drinking water we provide to the City of Dimmitt. The CCR summarizes information that the City of Dimmitt routinely collects to comply with Federal and State (TCEQ) regulations.
• The application for employment should be completed and submitted to Public Works Director Tony Rios.
