City Clerks

Gloria Ortiz, our Accounts Payable Clerk, is responsible for handling the accounts payable functions for the City of Dimmitt. Gloria is a Texas Notary Public, and she also assists the city secretary and utility billing clerk as needed. Gloria has been with the City of Dimmitt since 2004.

Ashlee Nino, our Utility Billing Clerk, is responsible for handling all utility accounts. Ashlee is a Texas Notary Public, and she also assists the city secretary and the accounts payable clerk as needed. Ashlee has been with the City of Dimmitt since 2011.
