Online Payments
The City of Dimmitt is now offering online payments through CERTIFIED PAYMENTS for your city utility bill! To pay your utility bill online, you MUST have the name on the account, address of the account, the account number, and you must know the exact amount due. All this information can be found on your water bill.
City utility bills are mailed out by the first of each month. Your utility bill is due by the 15th of each month. All utility billings not received at City Hall by the 15th of each month are considered delinquent, and a late charge of 10% of the total amount shown on the bill will be added to the amount due.
If payment on an account is not received by the 20th day of the month, utility services will be scheduled to be disconnected on the 21st of the month. An administrative non-payment fee of $35.00 will be charged to the customer’s account. This fee will be charged regardless of whether service has been disconnected.

- Click next
- Enter in requested information. For proper credit to your account, please include the name on the account, as well as the address, in the comments section.
- Select card type.
- Select UTILITY PAYMENT from the drop-down menu.
- Enter in all requested information.
- Make sure to keep a copy of your receipt.
